I played this hack the day it came out. The warps aren't really warps, they exit you to a chest that gives the warp whistle, and from there you can warp.

Loved the unique combination of nostalgia and confusion, seeing two games from my childhood fused together like this. I would love to see a part 2. It was interesting seeing some of the solutions that the ROM hacker used to implement some of the unique scenarios in Mario 1 into Mario 3 (the autoscrolling castle in world 4, for instance).

Yooo I remember making you a mario maker 1 level right when you hit 70k, (I remember watching at around 30k lol) sadly I never uploaded it, but it was still fun to make none the less. Oh wow. This is great. Hope to see the other worlds soon. And also for SMB 2 (Lost Levels). I think this fits more to SMB 3. 😀 like higher jumps, world 3 waterworld stage and maze fortress haha. And for the bonus coins up in the sky, i think the red note thing should be used, but the beanstalk is fine. 😀

SMB1 levels are so easy when you're not playing them with the awful controls the game had originally.
Yup. I think it really shows how much better they made the controls in SMM2. When you go back and play SMB1 or SMW especially.

Darby and Liar I got a suggestion for you guys, with the cards. The star, mushroom, and fireflower. If one of you guys have 2 stars, and an another has only 1 star. Play the Mario Bros minigame, and jump on the person who has the 1 star, and a card appears on the ground, you grab it and you get a 5 up! If you have 3 stars. By entering the mario bros minigame, you enter on the little L or M
