Xu Xin played badly in the first 2 games as his receive and return were so weak that the Japanese can easily attack strongly. Xu Xin admitted his poor performance in the interview after the match and also Ma Lin mainly talked to Xu Xin throughout the match to correct him.
Wing Keung Lam Xu also has a small injury with his wrist so maybe that the cause
most of the the points LSW lost caused by Xu Xin low quality receive which let the Japanese attack easily, and Xu Xin own attack was also weak compared to the previous matches.
Wing Keung Lam and Xu Xin under performance most likely caused by his small injury n he is tired, he’s the only who play 3 events !
To my observation, I think Xu Xin screams much more at doubles than at singles, as he only screams at close games but he screams at doubles almost everytime he wins a point

@@guohongtay27 I know. But he is not officially retired now. Even he said in 2016 that he's going to retire but still there in 2017 n 2018. But now due to injuries, he's obviously not coming back. But I hope so he'll come back for one last time. His last match with Harimoto was good but because of the back injury, he stopped further playing but not did any announcement.

大局數2-0領先之後，水谷隼+伊藤美誠的混雙，最後還是在決勝第5局以2分之差飲恨，功虧一匱！
既然志在奧運奪金，就該及早籌備，全力以赴！

1.我認為水伊配，應該在全日本天皇盃之後，要找模擬陪練(兩位都是男子選手較佳)來經常強化培訓。
最佳人選是張本智和(右手持拍近台快攻打法，模仿劉詩雯，比劉詩雯更快更猛)+宇田幸矢或森薗政崇(左手持拍相持球中遠台強拉弧圈球打法，模仿許昕，但比許昕弱不少，也無法拉出速度快+會側彎+高旋轉的球)。
2.勝負關鍵在伊藤。
伊藤打得順手就漂亮拿下那一局，打得丟三落四就慘輸那一局。伊藤的反手顆粒，變化多，經常連男選手也會不適應，這是很大的優勢。
3.中國能贏，全靠許昕為主。
基本上，混雙是男生欺負女生的遊戲。許昕在中遠台拉出帶有側旋(會轉彎)的弧圈球，伊藤迄今有點束手無策。
對策有二：
A.這要靠水谷的臨場超常發揮，能夠抑制降低許昕找到機會拉出中遠台弧圈球的比例，就能增加日本混雙的勝算。
B.伊藤美誠在東京奧運之前進行針對性特訓。刻意找左手持拍的男子選手(例如水谷隼、宇田幸矢等人)在中遠台強拉高旋轉(最好能帶有側彎)的弧圈球，由伊藤美誠採取各種攻防技術的專門針對性密集訓練。 2019.12.15

I watched the full version in ITTF.com. It was one very intense game. Ma Lin (coach for Xu/Liu) was exceedingly nervous 8-). The crowd went nut in game 5 and between games... Xu and Liu really dug deep to win this tournament.
YES! There's a big difference in the game's perception when you watch it live vs full version vs edited version.

Answers：
《2020東奧不會出現奧運三冠王！》
1.許昕可能沒有機會參賽男單。看起來馬龍+樊振東的機率較高。
2.劉詩雯雖然有機會參賽女單，但是現實條件下，中國乒協與她本人，最後會選擇劉詩雯專注混雙與團體。
3.伊藤美誠雖然幾乎篤定會同時參賽三項。但是實力因素，想要拿三面金牌，根本是不可能的任務。日本女團應該就是銀牌了，別的顏色或沒拿牌的可能性都不高。女單應該可以拿牌，只是什麼顏色就很難說。混雙的變數更大，三種顏色獎牌都有可能，包括拿不到獎牌也是可能，只是比例大小問題。
4.其他各國所有人選，有機會同時參賽三項的不算太多。這些人選中，我認為能拿到任何一項的獎牌(不拘顏色)都可以大肆慶賀了。遑論三面獎牌，並且三面都是黃澄澄的金牌，那就是癡心妄想了！

@@cschen3719 As the World Champion and the World Cup Winner in the same year , LSW would go for Singles definitely. China would not choose 2 young players, there must be one old player. Mixed doubles depends much on the male player so Xu Xin is the key one to perform. LSW and Chen Meng is the strongest female double pair. In conclusion, LSW will go for Singles, mixed doubles and team matches.

1.劉詩雯心底難免會有想當「大滿貫」的渴望。當然也捨不得史上第一位「奧運三冠王」的誘惑。魚與熊掌，得而兼之，人之常情。
2.問題是壓力太大，丟了任何一面金牌，誰都很難擔待責任。因此，我的看法是精力體能的考量下，中國乒協與劉詩雯可能會抉擇混雙+團體，放棄女單項目。
3.世界排名積分與籤表位置的問題，也是一個小細節。以往中國隨便派前5主力其中任何2人，都可以分別佔據前2種子。但是伊藤美誠從2019年下半年起戰績表現十分優秀，根據我目前的統計分析，預估她在2020.7的世界排名極可能高過劉詩雯。如此一來，另一位中國選手(陳夢或孫穎莎)會是第1種子，伊藤美誠將會是第2種子。也就是說劉詩雯將會在半決賽四強就先遇上伊藤美誠。劉詩雯想要拿女單冠軍的難度，超過另一位中國女將，因為陳或孫只須在最後決賽等著劉VS伊的勝方，即可拿女單冠軍。
4.中國的奧運人選課題太過複雜，還牽涉到各省市政績等政經因素，各方權力與各路人馬相互角力，不能純粹只從單一的乒乓球角度思考。(例如劉詩雯&陳夢都是同一位教練)
(如果派出孫穎莎、王曼昱、丁寧，則教練不同、省市不同。甚至代言廠商不同。政治勢力強大背景下的北京相關單位與丁寧，難道願意拒絕「雙圈大滿貫」的誘惑嗎？隊長丁寧的問題癥結就是丟冠的壓力啊！)
5.我說了半天，其實就是「伊藤美誠」這個因素作怪。我們猜想臆測都沒用，還是需要耐心等待劉國梁官方宣布。 2019.12.17
