I just got mine yesterday and it is really nice. The one thing Ulanzi did that right that the microfogger and smoke ninja and smoke genie did wrong is price. For $100, this thing is great.
Okay, while I would like this for videos it will have a much better usage in my auto shop. This would be FANTASTIC for finding vacuum leaks on intake manifolds and hoses!!

What does the smoke smell like? Is it toxic? How long does a bottle of that stuff last? HOw much is replacement fog juice and can it be ordered separately?
What a vaping mod! 😊 It could be very useful for some shots but I'm surprised that it triggers a fire alarm because it is not smoke but vapour coming from the evaporation of basically glycerin. The same vapour we see on live events where many bands use the same machine but bigger to create this haze effect. No concert hall has ever turned off his fire alarms. My. home fire alarm never goes off with actual smoke or fire. Just steam. I had a frying pan catch fire and nothing. But boil an egg and teh whole floor complains.

@@jamescohen That means that if something catches fire - God forbid! - they wont do the work? And in the same time they sense the vapour... something is deeply wrong.

Not that I’ve noticed to be honest
As a musician we always had Fog machines mostly made by Fog-Hog. The downside is the fog juice is sticky but it would be so bad in some clubs if you let your friends use who were drinking hold the button for the fog machine. I have literally had to take all of my guitars and keyboards home and spend a couple hour cleaning them afterwards. This seems like a far better idea for small clubs/bar/pub instead of the machines they sell as large music stores that are made for ARENA size venues!
Good point Joe. I don’t know if this would be ideal for a small club / bar. Maybe 2 or three of them 🤔

What nasty chemicals is that fog getting on your equipment, lenses and monitors? Is it an issue over extended period of time? Seems icky
No idea. Haven’t had any issues to be honest but it’s not like this is being used in every single video
@@VicBarry just thought that it's most likely a VG/PG mix. Don't know if the vegetable glycerin or propylene glycol might gather on equipment
