Great instructions from the lead carpenter. All the same on putting on the doors. Good work ethics. All are so willing to learn they do a great job. Good employees are hard to find let a lone to keep. Gold leaf is hard to do, they have done an excellent job. Customer has to be very happy! Wow a beautiful, absolutely beautiful job.

I like it, seems like a safe working environment. Barefoot, open saw blades, shoes are optional, 3ft high piles of sawdust, smoking is encouraged, spray painting...no mask... no problem... I don't see anything wrong.
They only need some beers against dehydration 😂😂
To them, you don't have to look professional to do professional work. Safety requirement for small businesses in Vietnam is based on common sense. Government never imposes any working safety standard on them. True story, back some years ago government tried to impose safety requirement on them and they replied you don't pay for my medical bill, so take your law somewhere else and government official agreed. To some extend, given a communist state but Vietnamese do have more freedom than Americans.

Na verdade uma porcaria, é por isto que dou valor a uma madeira de lei, e outra não temos otimas escolas de carpinteiro .
yes, kitchen appliances in the US I often see them using MDF, it's really not durable if it hits water, in Vietnam with a hot and humid climate, those types of wood are very quickly damaged

уважаемый, а вы задумывались почему в китае делают из массива, а в россии из мдф и фанеры? кстати я как столяр с 30 стажем могу сказать у меня нет дома не мдф не фанеры
@@user-ej6oh6ji6u Просветите в данном вопросе. У меня есть свои мыслишки на этот счет. Массив - это определенная ниша на рынке. На мой любительский взгляд. Такая кухня встанет не меньше чем в 500 тысяч рублей. Это далеко не бюджетная кухня. ДСП - наоборот дешево. Лепи, что хочешь.
Что касается самой дсп. В моем регионе есть фабрика флайдер. Листы, что они производят. По качеству, полный шлак. Крошится, и даже пахнет плохо. Сталкивался с дсп из германии, абсолютно другое качество.
