I have done 3 broncos I'm my life I did one on Monday and managed 6.24 wich is not to bad for pre season I don't play rugby but us refs still need to do one to check out our fitness I have room to improve my goal is to get under 6 minuets many get under 5.30 by the end of the season but we will see
The herald in new zealand found a professional athlete / runner who just beat beaudy's time by a second or so but he weighed about 60 kilos, and couldn't have made a tackle lmao

It is hard but i ran the bronco test in under 4,20 5 times in a row and under the world record time pretty easily.
