Effectually speaking hydrogen peroxide is good for scrapes but is detrimental to deeper wounds. If you are deeply wounded, a saline wash and alcohol based solutions are needed

This is why if you have any period stains on your underwear, clothes, blanket, bed sheet, or your mattress, you can use hydrogen peroxide to clean it.
Speaking from experience, the fresher the blood, the easier it will clean out. The dryer it is, the more elbow grease to get the stains out.
Crap. I only notice the blood once I step on a crunchy patch of blood on my carpet
@aquamarie3117 lol that's the worst. If it's like fully dried, my personal tip is to soak some water on it for a few minutes and then go in with a paper towel to soak up most of what you can(repeat if it's that dried down). Then use hydrogen peroxide and a brush to really get it out.
It should get rid of most of it but there could still be some stains left over. If it's a super small amount of blood, it should get rid of all of it.
Also digging a bar of ivory (don't know why it works best, but other soap doesn't) into that blood stain works well even if it's a bit dried.

I stopped my medication and got onto 3% Food grade HP straight away on the 28th of January. No side effects at all. I have 5 drops a day in a nasal spray and fill the rest up with distilled water. I spay it 5 to 10 times into my mouth as I inhale and swallow. I take it twice a day and I haven't needed my inhalers that I couldn't live without since January.
