Pat sounds like one of the last custodians of the fae folk

Thank you's both for the great interview ! I do wonder what the fae eat ? I did read that they get all of there food from the human realm . Could there possibley be invisible trees and other food sources that we can't see

@@dolphintouchmichellepsychi6217 Facinating thank you ! Me and a friend seen a shee in co ' roscommon back in 1996 and it was carrying a bucket . The bucket itself was also in the spirital form . We was throwing balls of breadcrumb in a fishing spot in the river shannon to fish the next day when we seen it . Im thinking it was carrying water from the river ?.

@@dolphintouchmichellepsychi6217 Thank you !. Yeah i have always questioned what this reality is since . Ireland has many secrets . The very first built catholic churches took the pointy arch shape idea from the inside of rathcroghan cave and is contiued to this day . Halloween also originated from the same cave .

It depends on the type of fae; in Pat's case, he has mentioned his "neighbors" eat fish and hunt game, they even borrow his horses for the hunt during the night, and the horses are very tired the next day.
There are stories of faeries moving near or even through houses. The people in those houses can hear someone that is cooking during the night, and when they go down into the kitchen, there is no one there, but sometimes, there is the smell of cooked meat. A few days after that, some of their cattle dies; it's quite clear the fairies "cooked" them in the spritual plane, and the cow's body could no longer sustain itself.
I have experience with the fae, and at one time, I had a gnomish looking fellah sometimes manifesting himself; you usually saw him from the corner of your eye. Food would sometimes disappear from the pantry, but in return, some lucky thing would happen in my personal life, or some chores would get done by themselves around the house.
Sadly, that little gnome is no longer around. A lot of fae are quite nomadic, and he obviously decided to look for other places to explore. Here in Mexico, it's quite common for "duendes" as we call them, to enter convenience stores, and take some food from them, when no one is watching. Some of these events have been caught on the security cams; if you search "Oxxo embrujado" here in CZcams, you can find some of those videos.
Also, since you seem interested in this sort of stuff, you might want to look at the video in my channel's front section called "You will never look at sci-fi the same way again", it contains very important information about our planet.
