There is no canon lore for time paradox as of now, but the original owner of time paradox has stated that if there was any lore, it would be the following:
sans splitting into justice sans and patience sans is from a machine(?) sans tampered with in that lab in the back of his house.
A few parts might be inaccurate but that's the basics of it.
