WORRY and ANIXIETY are my middle names 😑 I have just been to Dr, something I NEVER have had to do, and while everything is working fine, I have HIGH cholesterol levels 😢 and Tinnitus and Vertigo!! STRESS!!!! At 65, my problem is eveyones elses problems have landed on my shoulders. Heavy load indeed. Not that easy to push aside when its a Mother and your Children 😒 they need me.

Thank you Julie, I’ve been overthinking a lot the past couple of weeks. Had a bit of a situation come up that caused anxiety around finances. I made a decision and I have now applied for a job in a sector I’ve always wanted to be part of that very much aligns with what I’ve always wanted to do and what I studied. The closing date for applications is on the 17th of July so I’m a little anxious about that, but I am ready to step into that role and make the changes it would require because it’s what my heart has always wanted in the job sector.
