This is the kind of video i like to come back over & over again. Like a book you read multiple times. Keep coming with more videos like this.
When I first started to color correct/grade, I didn't know anything about the wheel... Now that I've watched your videos, you made me a pro... 😊
Let's go! 💪🏾
we need more tutorial like this.. just a piece of art you nailed it as usual
Thank you bro
Spectacular. Take a bow!
😀
Thank you so much for this!
Thank you for another great video. I’m so grateful for your channel you’ve taught me so much and have improved the quality of my videos by a ton. Thank you! 🙏
You're welcome
Thanks SO MUCH! That's GREAT!
It's funny, but I was hitting each of the beginner's steps in the past. Glorious look for the pro! Great one, Qazi! Watched it to the end, best 48min invested today. Thanks!!
Thank you, brother. Couldn't believe how long this video ended up being but felt like the info was necessary and had to stay.
FCM fam ✊🏾
This is sooo good and precious teaching!
This was pretty good, I liked how you used HSL to create the look quickly and making those global adjustments :) nice!
The difference between the beginner and pro look is just night and day! Thank you for packing these 48 minutes with so much value. I was cringing at the beginner section as I've made all of these mistakes in the past. I recall in my very first FCM entry, I changed the talent's hair colour because there was no green in the reference! 😂
Thank you again! I learned a ton and will make sure to implement it all in my next FCM challenge entry.
Haha. That's awesome. You're being too modest. You've been killing the competition since the beginning. You're missed. 😀
love this session
Dope. Learned a lot. Thanks, Qazi
You're welcome. 😀
top quality, as always
I love your Pro v. Beginner videos. Your insight into my beginner mindset is uncanny.
😀🙏🏾
Inspirational, educational, it's crazy the amount of information you can get there. Amazing.
Thank you
THANK YOU INSPIRATION✨🤞
Thank you Bro For your effort ,, i love you so much keep it always Up
If you'd also adjusted the red/orange in the pot and the sofa, you pretty much nailed it.
well done qazy always making good content
You're welcome
You have always been an inspiration to me..I remember the first day I watched your tutorial, I had alot of courage to start color grading..and again.. this is another great video.. thank you for this one.. I've learnt alot..
Love seeing this. Thank you.
This was absolutely brilliant. So informative and constructive. Aside from the one Gradient window, you showed us how to achieve a look without power windows. Your training is a priceless gem.
Thank you.
Love the video waqas bhai. As I said before I love how you do it from a rookies perspective and then a pro, not many vloggers do this. Your amazing
Thank you.
@@theqazman anytime 😊
I can tell the look you made is making the more focus on the subject and not the surroundings. which is the ultimate goal. great work! and tutorial!
Thank you.
The video is so good and shows how it goes. But it is still so hard to keep the correct steps in mind when you try the pro steps by yourself :D. But thats why a beginner is a beginner :D. Thank you for showing up the good way!
you should do a BCS look recreation, amazing video btw!
This look is amaizing, thanks
You're welcome.
Its mind blowing♥️
Thanks
Awesome! More filmlooks like this without the use of luts!!
😀🙏🏾
when he started talking about the beginner approch i was like ikr ? LOL i got exposedddddd!
thank you Waqas for the tutorial it is really eye openning for me! helped a lot!
Top!!!
amazing! but why do you put the rec 709 at the last node and not in the beggining of the tree node as in other tutorials?
Some video suggestions
- the group function and how you would integrate in a professional efficient workflow
- grading a long take
- grading something with a lot of rgb lighting (party scenes etc.)
hi thank you for the video i have just one question resolve has the film look LUT of the fujifilm 3513 for REC709 im just asking why you don't use it with a CST and Cineon Film Log Gamut
thanks
Nice work
Thank you, brother.
I wonder if DrDre's Color Matching Tool can come in handy when it comes to look recreation
Cool, where is this video so I can download it and practice?
Great video brother. Some of these things I am aware of, all of it i have been guilty of. But to hear your explanations drives the pin home. Here’s hoping for the FCM prize. See you Monday!!!
Thank you. I look forward to seeing you FCM. It's long over due. 😉
@@theqazman LOOOOOOONG overdue.
Nice🤓🤓🤓👍🏻
Is the halation something like an enchanced glow effect? The plugins give pretty similar resukts it seems.
Damn. I'm a beginner colorist, worked as a editor before. Done few projects, was pretty sure about my work, but now I feel stupid watching your videos. Just because I find in my own workflow beginners mistakes. But! Realizing your own mistakes, is first step to fix them. Thanks!
That's wassup. Respect 💪🏾
Looking gorgeous, but would be really interesting to me to see the similar format of video but doing the recreation using dehancer/filmconvert/look designer. Thanks a lot for the tutorial, I've learnt a lot of new information from it!
Thanks and will do.
Why not white balance first before crafting the contrast in the pro version?
LOL whats that video u mention at 13:13 I die to see it XD
Is it fine to have multiple adjustments per node? Having worked in Photoshop for years and years, I've always done one adjustment per layer. Should I use nodes that same way or is it okay to be doing multiple things per node?
Please show us proper way of applying LUTS please
Already have. Watch other videos on the channel.
I gotta admit….learned far too much things on this single video itself ….you are the best and keep doing it and thanks …
🙏🏾
beginner's approach - ok i do that. and that. and that doesn't seem bad. oh dear better keep watching the video
😂😂
Sir can I take this footage please
Is there better results with Look Designer as normal Emulation in resolve?
Love look Designer.
lmaooo "stop hating on the begginer"..... once again, i was there before so this is funny yet educating asf
Sorry not sorry 🤷🏾♂️
1:17🔥🔥🔥 Can you provide this footage in the webinar?????

Just kidding, I've been using your channel for my team to study. Great contents!
he, or she. women color grade too :) lovely video, vital information.
😂 oops
Is your brother the one who runs the channel CleverProgrammer ?
Yes 😀
Hi bro…
Iam Raj big fan of u no doubt…
Recently one movie created history in indian cinema movie name is “KGF” …
i request you to kind a breakdown the look of the movie..
I'll check it out.
I think the most common misstake ppl do at start is adding too much contrast, making video too dark and adding too much color, like when they do teal and orange shadows dont really have teal tint they are teal and it just looks unnatural.
FCM Fam here !! Listen to this dude ! Everyone did it the beginners way !!!
Iykyk 😂 FCM fam ✊🏾
I’m the beginner, the beginner is me 😭😭😭
Ayoo chill, leave the beginning alone man.😂
