  • Brain Balance of Greater San Diego is recognized by San Diego County as a proud partner of Live Well San Diego and Live Well Schools and celebrates the proclamation of July 10 as BRAIN BALANCE DAY!
Join our Regional Director, Amanda Lee, M.A.Ed, to learn the latest about brain health; take away best practices to enhance your cognitive, physical, social, and mental wellbeing for optimal functioning; and how the Brain Balance program helps kids, teens, and adults meet their potential.
The Brain Balance Program® is a research-backed, holistic brain performance program that addresses the root causes behind behavioral, social, and cognitive challenges (i.e. ADHD, anxiety, autism, dyslexia, regulation, sensory processing, memory, performance, etc.). Our personalized program incorporates proven cognitive, behavioral, and nutrition methods-an integrated approach that is literally redefining what’s possible for kids, teens, and adults.
We have studies with Harvard University's McLean Hospital, Cambridge Brain Sciences, University of California San Francisco, and Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Communications highlighting the Brain Balance Program® as an effective non-medical treatment option for kids with ADHD and ADHD symptoms; improvement in cognitive skills with Cambridge Brain Sciences; and how nearly all participants had a 40-60% improvement in mental well-being in the Journal of Mental Health and Clinical Psychology.
