    You need to mention what battery technology each has

    • @techietechnews

      Thank you for the comment. We tried not to overload viewers with too much information, but that is a valid point. However, they are all using the same battery tech, being (LFP) Lithium Ion Phosphate. For the more technical people like yourselves, that is a piece a info you would want. Others who know nothing about the tech side could care less. We try to keep it concise as this is intended to be a 10 min product review, but we always want to improve. In the future, we will reflect on your suggestion and try to add as much relevant details as we can. Thank you for your input and have a great weekend! Jim with TTN

      Hello there.. That unit is well outside of the scope of this review. We only covered the general range of users. However, that is an EXCELLENT unit! Good choice. When we do a top tier review, that will most like be on the list. But we will have to see whats available at that time. Thanks for your comment. Jim with TTN

    Where is solix 3800???!??

    • @techietechnews
      @techietechnews  Před 2 měsíci

      That is an extra $1,700 USD for only 768 Wh. Its not worth it over the Bluetti AC300.

    • @NextProjectawesome
      @NextProjectawesome Před 2 měsíci

      @@techietechnews 120/240 watts in a single unit, 6000w, agreed the 3800wh is only slightly more but expand it, this unit is way more capable. I started with ac300 and expanded to do split phase but now these single units exist and no way would I suggest someone else go down this bulky, multi unit path, with fusion boxes, communication cables etc.

    • @techietechnews
      @techietechnews  Před 2 měsíci

      @@NextProjectawesome The AC300 can also output 6000w peak. The point is this list is for people in the general area of use, from 700 Wh to 3k Wh. In the end, this is a general user list, and most folks may not need 240v AC. The Bluetti AC300 is not what I would recommend for the average sized home. This is more for RV people and professionals on the move. Once you go to the $5k plus price point, your in another league altogether. The was not selected only for its expandability, but for the power and features you can have at $3000. The units your suggesting are almost $2k plus. In the future, we plan on doing a review on complete off the grid equipment where we start from $5k. I hope you watch it, I would really like to get your take on it. Thanks again.

    They are not "solar generators"... getting sick of the false marketing.
    These are litteraly a battery and inverter slapped in a fancy plastic box. That's it. These have been around for decades, nothing new except the battery chemistry.
    You either have to buy seperate solar panels to charge them... which makes it a solar battery charger, plug it in at home to charge, or more often than not, I see them charged from a good old gas generator.

      Unfortunately, we didn't coined the term "Solar Generator", but its used synonymously within the industry. We are just trying to get this info to our audience and this term seems to be doing just that. I believe its in relation to gas generators but you can use solar energy to charge them instead. Thanks for the comment. Jim with TTN

    First off, the fact that Oupes and Bluetti is even included in this makes this video lose all credibility. Anyone who knows these systems and uses them knows you have ecoflow and anker then everyone else in the distant background.
    Second, the term solar generator is stupid. There is no such thing as a solar generator. It's a solar power station. It generates nothing. It stores something.
    I hate these dumb videos. Loaded with wrong information.

      Unfortunately, we didn't coined the term "Solar Generator", but its used synonymously within the industry. We are just trying to get this info to our audience and this term seems to be doing just that. I believe its in relation to gas generators but you can use solar energy to provide the end user with power. So it does generate power via solar panels, hence the term "generator" but it also stores it via battery bank. Please understand that we work hard to present credible information, but not everyone will agree. If you gave us a thumbs down for it, I would ask you to reconsider. But Regardless, thank you for the comment. Jim with TTN :D
