When my son with autism was very little and was just recently potty trained, we went in to have lunch at Cosmic Rays. He had to go, so we waited on the line for the restroom and it was sooooo long. He was already overwhelmed just being at Disney World and now he was trying his best to hold it in. He was still non-verbal at the time and this was very hard for him. He did not make it to the restroom. We had to ask a manager to help us with wrapping up food to go back to the hotel so he could get dry clothes on and we could all collect ourselves and calm down - he was crying. The manager did that, but he also gave us a voucher to go to the emporium and choose a new outfit for our son. It was the most magical moment we have ever experienced and we will never ever forget his kindness. Thank you for all you do.

The first story really hits me in the feels. I'm also autistic, and having someone take the time to make a connection and make me feel comfortable enough to be photographed, is genuinely so magical. And the fact that you didn't make his autism like "a thing" also means so much to me.
I love magic moments they just make my heart happy. As just a regular person at the park every time I go I try to do something magical for someone else at the park like buy the person behind me lunch or distract a kid in line so mom gets a break for a minute or two. I would love to hear more of the moments you have been able to do.
I work with special needs children ! The 1st story has me in tears😭💗 so many people just avoid/ do the fastest interacting they can with these kids/ their families ! Good for you getting on his level/ chatting/ getting to know him ! It’s all it takes☺️!!!

Im crying during this whole video. We did a land and sea vacation for Easter this year and I was celebrating a pretty big milestone but wanted my son to shine on his first visit. At our hotel, a CM gave my son a gaint first visit balloon bouquet and a button. We were so grateful for that gesture but that wasn't the end of the magic. The next day they sent a celebration button for me and made me wear it. Literally every CM that saw our buttons did something special for us. We even got a super sweet character interaction at Hollywood &Vine. I cried the whole day because of the kindness and generosity of everyone who went out of their way to make sure total strangers had a great day. My son had the best vacation and couldn't stop smiling. It was such a surprise and I was so grateful because we may never get to take another vacation like this again but the memories are priceless. Thank you for sharing your stories with us ❤️

Aww wow you really gave some people some really magical moments! Some of these are really beautiful! When I worked in DLP I always wanted to give people these sort of magical moments! I love the story of the little boy who was lost and got to meet Mickey! So cute!!

I LOVE this video! Making magical moments is honestly one of my favorite things in the entire world, and the best part of working at Disney! Okay, the story of Hue smiling actually made me cry. AND YES TEA, I do love making magic but sometimes you can tell a guest is just kind of expecting it?? not my fav time, haha
I applied for the program recently and was able to talk about one of the times a custodial cast member made magic for me when I was young and how I'd be inspired to do the same if I was in custodial (he pin traded with me and explained to me about cast member exclusive pins and how to spot counterfeit pins, etc. It was very exciting to seven year old me). But one of my favorite memories as an adult making magic for other people was a few years ago when I was at Disneyland waiting for my mom by the castle. A couple saw that I was unoccupied and asked if I didn't mind taking their photo, so I said not at all and basically got to play photopass as a guess haha. This turned into me taking several different couples and group photo requests and I genuinely got a lot of joy out of it because I felt like I was able to make their trip better even though I didn't really work at the parks.

Magical Moments stories are my favourite Disney stories, so definitely do a part 2. I also just want to say that my photopass experiences were wonderful. I know you weren’t working when I was there, but I’m going to say thank you anyway. I know you made everyone’s vacations more magical just by doing that job, as that’s how I feel about every photographer I dealt with.

I work also for an amusement park in ride operations. When I took my department training we were taught the exact same phrase or response when talking to a child that can’t find their parents. Love your videos and I’ve always wanted to join DCP but haven’t been in a college ever since I got out of high school.

Had a CM in Epcot tell my mom and I that our drinks/ snack was on the mouse.. I was shocked ! Maybe she noticed our 1st visit buttons.. maybe she knew we needed a boost (left freezing Canadian Winter temps, Florida temps were so hot for us) ! I wish I had caught her name ! Mom kept insisting to pay 🤣! Had to tell her what “on the mouse” went !
when i was 5 we were on a disney cruise and cinderella passed us while she was on her way to break. she went out of her way to walk me to dinner and held my hand the entire way, still remember it!
I’m saving up to move to Florida so I can work at Disney I currently live in PA, and so im trying to get down there I want to bring magic to people just like you Do😊 cost of living is holding me back right now but I’m saving😊❤️

I'm such clutz I hurt myself in epcot i decided to do dinner at chef Mickey's buffets aren't best for me you use a lot of olive oil in things at buffets. Chefs where awesome at both buffets I went to. But even though I was hurting I hadn't brought wheelchair down. Goofy made me dance with him. It made me smile. In magic Kingdom I was first to meet stitch when he returned and cast said besf he behaved all day and stitch made me laugh. I think crystal palace character assitiants need to pay more attention. I know why it happens so not mad. I just noticed chef Mickey's character assitiants where paying more attention. I was fixing to have to use wheelchair as crutch to go into quick service location a cast member helped me up and said don't worry about food.
