  • Adult Identity Mentoring (Project AIM) is a positive youth development program for middle school students in rural Allegany and Garrett Counties in Maryland and Mineral County, West Virginia.
    The Office of Population Affairs (OPA) (formerly Office of Adolescent Health) Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) program provides funding to implement, develop, and evaluate innovative approaches to prevent teen pregnancy and STIs and promote adolescent optimal health.
