Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it sucks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. Fun fact: Tainted Lost has a 1/3 chance to automatically reroll items of Quality 2 and below, meaning that Lemon Mishap into Linger Bean in the treasure rooms was even more unlucky than normal

not really. "The second mechanic uses the item quality system. Items with a quality value of 2 or less have a 20% chance of being rerolled when encountered as Tainted Lost. The new item chosen is not guaranteed to have quality over 2."

Better items doesn’t give you better items, it gets rid of completely useless items, like the lost’s birthright
I would love to see a tainted lost run where you start with Missing No. and you focus on getting items from certain pools rather than certain items.
Ive never heard more genuine fear in someone than i heard from Lazy almost bombing a cricket.
Same thing happened to me on a forgotten run with Sacred heart. "Oh The delirium portal will spawn then I can use my R key!"

Useful tip: You can use the R Key right after defeating Mega Stan and still get the unlock
Matt not taking Tractor Beam because he didnt want to lose the homing from Eye Of Belial but then taking Eye Of The Occult anyway is truly a Mattman moment

There's some sick part of me that wants to see Mattman get hit on tainted lost runs but also it makes me sad when he gets hit in the early floors
Awsome video, catching that run on stream was 100% worth it. Although i have some notes on it. In 1:51 you say 'second largest lemon mishap play', but we didn't see the first largest lemon mishap play. At 3:32 you remind yourself to stop making risky plays, but we didn't see the play that was risky. Those two notes are mostly continuity related and minor nitpics. I can understand that you want to cut off as much slack from the video as possible, which, with these many great moments as in this run, is very difficult. You need to fit these moments inside of a timeframe and present them in a coherent plot that should abide to the structure of the run. Again, very difficult. Nethertheless, very entertaining. Thank you for your effort

Mr. Me is definitly S Tier active item. I remember that one time where i destroyed a random mushroom and got Magic Mushroom, but I couldn't reach it funny enough. Then I realized Mr. Me can get it to me! Since then I absolute adore Mr. Me.
Wouldve recommended using R Key just to get more busted for Mega Satan but you totally had it covered

yea i noticed that during isaac fight ive been standing in those corners since rebirth in like 2016 and now i came back to the game and i noticed every so often ill get hit…. very annoying
theres a new modded stage thats an alternate option for downpour called the boiler. you should check it out it looks really cool

By "Better Items", the game means anything with the "nolostbr" tag is removed for the run.
Btw fun fact:prop isnt affected by range but by shot speed bcs your tears go smaller over time not over distance traveled

I just had this Eden run where I started with halo and wait what. Then I got Mom’s knife, cricket’s head, small rock, and pyro. Then I accidentally blew up mirror while in flip side and died.

Lowkey some of my favorite runs are just the normal ones. Nothing to extreme, just an average run
I think it's genuinely funny how people don't seem to understand Tainted Lost's "better items" effect. "better items" doesn't mean "you will find brimstone on floor 0 and godhead on floor -3" it just means you won't see items wit *only* the effects of adding lfight, spectral tears, or HP. For e4xample, Tainted Lost can't find Holy Grail because that's flight + HP up with no other effects, and tainted lost can't have HP and already has flight. It's exactly the same as normal The Lost's Birthright effect.

Mega Satan delerium chances cannot be 50%, it seems like a rare occurrence tbh.
You can use r key after mega satan or beast just exit on the menu when they die and you see the ending , but you can continue the run
