Just throwing this out there... the more stuff I work through, the more weight I'm loosing on my physical body. 20 pounds gone! Doctor is so happy.
I intuitively feel and resonate with this idea a lot. I'm curious how you consciously work through the stuff on a day to day basis. Any specific habits, rituals, or daily/weekly routines you follow? Would love to know more. More power to you 🙌🤗
Same here! 😮 I've found that emotional work does this. I'm not trying to lose weight (honestly should be trying!) but I've lost 18-20ish pounds and I can't explain why.
May I venture a guess? It's a release of all the energy you poured layer by layer into you fighting yourself through self-judgement & consequent self conflict. I'm not an energy intuitive. But this would be my understanding.
right on! yes, i have been experiencing similar. when i set a big boundary and released toxic friends weight began coming off w no other effort. Amazing isn’t it?!
for me it was the opposite when i was in so much trauma i was very thin now i am more of a balanced weight not fat but not thin i guess every body is different so interesting.
Death energy and transformational grief is really spot on.. war is effecting us mentally now. Thank you so much!

This couldn't be more true, my goodness!!! Firstly, these forecasts are always something I look forward too watching/listening too. Sadly, my sister just lost her soulmate 4 weeks ago in a tragic accident. Ironically I've had to step up to hold space for her, and the family, and learn how to be more mindful of my own energy and leaning more into my team for that support. If this would have happened earlier on in my awakening, I would NEVER have been able to be as strong and mindful on how to properly hold space, lovingly, without it impeding on my energy. It's interesting how and when things happen in our lives. Divine timing is quite something! Navigating this path of trauma and loss has been a huge transformation for me. Thank you for the update Lee & the Z's.
Ahhhhh, October is my favorite month. I can always feel the energy of autumn, and connect with spirit and the earth a lot more effortlessly. Watching this video felt like flipping a switch, and I'm suddenly back in tune with the energetic world after months of feeling more disconnected than usual. I can't wait to flow through this month, see what comes, and start a new Initiation.

I usually don’t listen to your energy updates until about mid month so I can feel things for myself first. This month is wow. I literally spoke the same words as you a couple weeks ago to myself, especially about the death energy. It’s been so high among young males especially, 20-early 30s.

A very powerful month. Yesterday, October 1st hit me like a hurricane, and each point resonates so deeply already.
same here. Massive hits relationally, left me disoriented, had to work through myself and with others...Wishing everyone some easygoing breaks in between..
One of the most important things I have been able to do along my journey to wholeness is remove myself from the singular truth and judgment mindset. Once I stopped judging others, I stopped judging myself.
I’ve come so far on my journey in just a few months. Lee thank you so much for your presence! You’re energy is so welcoming and special. Aloha brother! ❤🌺

While I was listening I was scrolling through videos and just when Lee asked, what do you allow for yourself (13:50), my eye fell on a video from Eckhart Tolle with the title: Allow the presence to shine through the person. I decided that's what I will allow for myself to experience 😇
I have been experiencing all sorts of dramatic physical changes. The integration piece is really complicated. I love having Lee and the Z's helping so specifically.

Relatable. Feels like everything is happening all at once for me. Its alot!
I can see the timeline jumping much clearer than before. The conversation I am having even with family members can go from the time of 1800 to the 5th dimensional state 😂. But what I notice is that before it was more difficult to speak about my perception, I felt suppressed - like overpowered by others, I couldn’t say things that I believed in, couldn’t shine my light and now, particularly this year its definitely easier. It’s flipped and the energy is extremely supportive.
I feel more in the New Earth state of being and I dip in and out the old.

The life as I have known it.. completely imploded July 24th.
I have not been able to re-center yet. I don’t know myself or trust myself in navigating this new terrain at 60.
So much disappointment.. I should have seen this coming.. prepared better etc.. mind mind mind
What’s new.. since plant medicine 5 years ago.. I am not running away.. I touched the Divine.. very profoundly… after..
I quit smoking, drinking and doing occasional cocaine escape.
I have no idea how this is going to turn out. I know I'm in the last third of this bodies lifecycle and it's going to be amazing ride no matter what happens.

I always used to feel as though my mission was to serve others but right now I don’t feel any loving kindness for other people at all. I empathise with their pain but I think they need to reap what they’ve sown without external help because there’s no sugar coating what they have sown.

I'm feeling all of these themes exponentially so! Relationships have ended, lies and manipulations have come to light, coming into my authentic true self has been scary but liberating. Not everyone is liking the fact that I'm beginning to set boundaries and they cannot access and drain all of my energies. It's definitely messy, multidimensional, discomforting at times, rollercoaster of emotions, downloads and so much more. But I'm walking through the fire with trust and confidence ❤

Wow, this was really spot on for me! Definitely experiencing the grief, rebirth and reckoning energy. Also lots of changes and new things happening in my life! It's been a very intense time.
This is so bizarre! Just yesterday I was 'thinking' about the exact topics of this update! I was thinking 1. I dont feel so fragile about all the past events of my life and the grief seems to have moved through me and I was getting excited about the new experiences I have aligned with. The energy felt akin to that of the first morning after a storm. Where exerything looks chaotic but all you feel is relief that its over. 2. I looked at my life and the percieved blocks I had. That had me thinking that if I was really the creator of my life, I had the power to stop blocking the abundance. All i had to do is open the door.
It feels very obvious and symplistic but yesterday I really really understood what it all ,eant on an energetic level and feels like a light has been switched on in my soul. Yesterday seemed to be the resuly of all my years of shadow work and reflection and unlearning.
I thank you for confirming all that.
Thank you Lee for this energy update. Listening to it half way through the month and totally resonate with it, especially your first part about grief. Lost 2 people to suicide within a few days of each other. Highly skilled professional people in the medical field who unfortunately where having a dark night of the soul and the Black Dog finally overtook them. 😢 The messages are helping me come to terms with it in this sad time. Both of these people I have worked with closely and as an empath at times could feel and sense their pain.
So what a month October is...thank you for all that you and the Zzzes do, you really make a difference ❤

This hits home! I sold my home and got rid of all my stuff and am starting completely new. It’s been traumatic because I got really sick and ended up in the hospital. My beloved dog is in a kennel until I can take her again.
My relationships are changing dramatically too.

I'm doing this too. After trying to hold onto and rebuild my house for 3.5 years...... I just woke up and realised I'm living to survive (esp with the mortgage rising)
I also left my new job, & all my jobs keep falling away bcos there's not an alignment there and leaves me feeling exhausted.
Not sure where I'm going to live yet. It feels scary, also slightly excited to honour the call of adventure.

@@mckinney6767trust me I've been at it a very long time. I know all about Louise Hay, and all the other major "spiritual teachers". I've been isolated for 18 years now gobbling up everything spiritual that I can. I even found the best of all of it -The Christ Letters - which is a free 800 page pdf of a channeling done of Christ Himself in 2010. Google it if you're interested but fair warning it's extremely hard to get through. You end up judging yourself constantly. I never understood why I've been suicidal since I was a teenager until I learned the reason you have to take The Christ Letters and A Course in Miracles very slowly is because all the self judgment will drive you to it.
I cry several times a day now - you know why?
Because all the goodness and blessings we are promised never come to pass. Thats why so many are checking out.
We keep getting told that there's no such thing as tomorrow, that the only real thing is this exact moment, but we keep getting told that we have to trust and wait for our promised blessings to come at some later date. I thought that later date didn't exist?
You know why this is? Because those promises are simply "carrots" to keep us here holding the light.
I will always be the good person I am. My heart would never allow me to turn away from being this person that I am otherwise it would have happened long ago so the only reason I can surmise that we never reap the promises is because the dark has a right to be the dark and because we won't stoop to their level we can't win so we end up checking out.
I have a sneaking suspicion that that's exact why so many are leaving.
Trust me, there are ways to win, I know how, but it requires beating them at their own game and our psyches/souls/sacred hearts/sacred minds would suffer greatly for it.
I honestly don't understand why Source hasn't had enough of our suffering yet. This is an experiment gone wrong after all.
Your Louise Hay book may seem like its helping you right now but soon you'll be looking for another book.
I'm 60 years old, I've been awake and fighting for good since I was in grade 10 and learned the truth of things. I'm exhausted, I've had enough and I don't have the strength to pull myself up anymore.
