Al Bundy actually has a point here. My Mom has lived 71 years and she's eaten plenty of grease all of her life... I am 43 and I don't eat vegan food (I eat fried chicken and burgers) and I am still healthy. No high blood pressure, diabetes, not any health issues. I do eat salads but not all the time... I can't give up regular food cold turkey...
The only way to live, really.
I think we've been lied to. Although it's still very good to also take lots of fruits and vitamins.

One of my favorite episode from the Bundy - saga. The show deep wisdoms and teachings are a light beam through my life ever since seeing this on TV in the 22.30 time slot after the evening main movie and the late night news show at 23.00 .

Wow. Peggy actually turned to cooking. Sadly she needed a community to help her with it. All alone, she tried to turn to actual nutrition. Lacking even rudimentary skills, she was inspired to try. If you are in this position, get help. You can't fight the world alone.

I had Roaches about a year ago. I ordered Roach Gel and Home defense spray. It took about three months applying off and on but got rid of everyone. I haven't seen one in months and months. My point is that you don't need to over pay strangers to come into your private home you can do it yourself.
