I am a proud owner of xuv 300 w8 petrol. I bought this vehicle on August 23rd.Till now I have driven 8200 km. I am getting city mileage 15 to 16 kmpl and on the highway I got the mileage of 19 to 20 kmpl. All u need to do is cruise between 80 to 90 kmph on the highway and keep soft acceleration in the City and u will get the magic mileage figures. Aur ye mileage Maine tank to tank nikala hai. So I request you to pls stop spreading the wrong thing about this vehicle.

@@rajiv3444 sir boot space ki jarurat tab hoti hai jab aap family trip per jate hai. Iske liye aap trolley bag ki jagah shoulder bag ka use kariye aaram se adjust ho jata hai.

My w8(o) AMT gives around 12-13 kmpl mileage on highways. The driving style is mostly like an enthusiast. Max speed goes up to 120-130 that too for a while.

Good review.. I own a W8OD AMT 2023 Aug model,till date have driven 14k kms mostly long route &get 18-19kmpl at a speed of 110kms.. I think you should get a good mechanic to check your car for mileage..as regards vibrations,yes I agree it’s same with my dashboard..service from Mahindra is poor and Mahindra should upgrade the technician quality since they have got high value cars in the market..lighting is poor,if you have any suggestions on improving them with yellow lights do let me know..,my car doesn’t have offline maps..many features are removed by increasing the price..
Have you checked tank to tank method? I will share another mileage test video soon. Let’s see if there is any improvement.

@@turbonaman Yes the mileage figures I mentioned are tank to tank..also if you have any suggestions on the improvisation of lighting do let me know.. I would prefer yellow lights as it suits this vehicle the best with the DRL combination..
Mahendra is offering 1.5lks on W8(O) AMT approx 15lks on road. Would this still hold good choice given some of the issues? Can we consider W6AMT? I didn't like the interior of it but if we can change with another infotainment system would this be a good choice for approx 13lks will there be any warranty issues if we change anything

@@SHANKARMANCHI This vehicle is fun to drive..,yes you can get the modifications done without warranty getting void depending upon the skill of the doer..go to a place who regularly does XUV modifications,experience matters..Interior space is the largest in XUV in this segment..beige always makes me feel fresh inside the car,the engine is a beast..yes there are small issues like rattling in the dashboard,but no vehicle manufacturer is perfect.. I have come from Ford Fiesta (12 years ..2.8L kms)to Urban Cruiser premium AMT(1year 42k kms),the top version to XuV300 top version (5 months,14k kms it’s Diesel)and myself and my family are happy with my choice..
I bought xuv 300 w8 petrol 1 year ago, I have driven almost 17k kilometer......Trust me car is a butter on highway, comfort is very good and believe me. it will give you feel of premium car.only Two things I request to mahindra ...change the dash board interior a bit. front look is amazing I would be glad if they provide this car front look like xuv700...Two other modification give 1.5 liter engine ( 1500cc) and increase the length, make it equal to creata or seltos...!! Then you see this car will be unbeatable.

I have xuv300 w8 opt petrol..and average in city is 10 and at highway average is 13-14..🥲🥲
I’ve 2022 W4 Petrol, getting 14-15 in city and 17-17.5 and sometimes 18 on highway. I never go above 2500 RPM on highway and 1500 rpm in city. On highway, i never cross 100.

Jeh ho nhi sakta, I own same but 18-19 average easily deti hai es mein local and highway half half daily drive karta hu , Bhai aap ki gaadi me ja driving issue ho sakta hai. Change petrol pump they too make fraud
hmm meri xuv deti h 13 ki to 2.2 engine h usme. plain and hill combined gave me 13.1 mileage. isme to 1.5cc h shayad to 18 ki to aram se degi diesel.

13 kmpl is too low for a 1.5 diesel engines!! 2.0l diesel engines give 15+ kmpl avg. You need to check with service center... Mileage should be improved.

@@turbonaman ohh, there was facelift in 2023 as well, I was not aware about that. Can we rely on petrol engine as upon starting it’s gear knob vibrates in new 3XO, my run is around 10000 KM per year, so considering petrol engine. In my existing car grand I10, I’ve to change clutch plate for one time that too after 8 years. Can we rely on Mahindra similarly?

Bhai maine XUV 300 ka W4 petrol variant Rs 9.10lakh me liya hai... Itne kam budget me aisa performance dene wali and driving dynamics is also superb. In 3rd gear 3OO touches 100km/hr. Is segment me is gadi ka performance me koi tod nahi hai...
