Could you tell me about your laptop specs for the laptop you started with? I was told I needed certain specs but my laptop is very basic. I do want to buy a better one later when I have more money but I’m not sure if what I have now is good enough

There are different providers from what I know. So I’m out area we use VumaTel… which works. You can use the telecom one too.. we used that last year before the move to EL

No but you can speak a bit in that language when doing your intro video. And include both languages when applying
They haven't been hiring English is Still Closed for both Professional tutor and community tutor, tgey update their website every monday I've been checking since June its still closed .
Maybe they are on a hiring freeze. Hence I advised that you should try other platforms🌸💖

@@ZuriAfrica With Regards to Italki i see that there is no prep work outlined for you so do you set up your own work?, and if you set your own rates as a newly qualinfied teacher with no experience how much would be realistic to set?

I always say start with the minimum so that you can have a lot of students… then you can slowly increase from there. Italki gives you the platform, you do the rest for yourself. You can just google ESL lessons and you’ll be good.🌸
