I just bought a goat too and she has lice. We are treating with DE too. Thought of shaving her, but kinda cold out yet.👍

Actually, they’re going to shed their coat and make a new one anyway.. Maybe wait until it warms up a bit, but they should be ok.

Hi. good video. Where do you live? State? I was told that Nigerians don't come in grey color? That's the only color I'm still waiting on for my little herd. If you are near CA do you know where I can look for a grey? and have you heard anything about using raw apple cider vinegar before using the DE?

Hello; I’m in Texas. I don’t recall coming across any grey, but I feel like I’ve seen them before. They may be calling it another color in adds you’re looking for. Yeah, I use apple cider vinegar in their water along with crushed garlic gloves. 🙂

Hello! Great video! Do you know if I can use this on a goat kids? They area few weeks old

I have kids a few weeks old as well and planing on using some. I know ‘good grade’ is a little less abrasive, so I use that. I also put it in their grains to prevent parasites (about 2tbs). Just don’t let it puff up around their faces (or yours). It can be an eye/throat irritant. It’s basically chalk-all natural, so I think you’re safe. 🙂

I got it at Walmart I think. Anything that says ‘good grade’ is usually fine. I found this on amazon. It should do the trick! www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00025H2PY?pf_rd_p=c4e537d2-9ccf-43dc-bbf1-2dddc86f64d2&aaxitk=pn4eHaFgdYqDkH-2tTO7vg&hsa_cr_id=9470041470201&ref_=sb_s_sparkle
