For those asking why Regina was interviewed again: I think I have an idea as to why. Her case was particularly notable because she claimed (and has proof, if I'm not mistaken) that she and Kai exchanged nude images while she was still a minor. She's probably one of the key players in getting at least one of the two prosecuted.
I think her case was also one of the most prominent examples of how Kai became just as bad as Greg. Regina mostly had a relationship with Kai as opposed to Greg, and yet she was still clearly groomed as a minor.
You know what I found interesting , is that she's saying this stuff was going on all the way back at their wedding! So that's giving me the impression that Kai/Lainey hasn't been groomed/abused from being a victim into a predator, but was always just a predator who found her match in Greg, because she's been doing this from the very beginning! That surprised me and a huge point I took away from this interview!
Plus she is a mod for Chris, so she is involved through and through. Also, she opened the can of worms that is the onision forums...

They have come far enough along in their investigations that they are confident that he will be charged so they have gone public to ask for anyone with relevant information to come to them so that they can get first hand accounts of what happened and not just concerned citizens calling them.
In other words: victims of “James and or Kai, ya’ll need to come forward to the police in the Jackson’s district. A paper trail is what they need. Coming forward may just save someone else from being victimized.

Chris is a fantastic journalist. Asking the right questions, knows what the audience wants to hear. Stellar work.
He asks questions like a lawyer. Very precise and careful, after someone explains something, he will often follow up with a summary stated as a yes/no question to doubly confirm what their statement was.

Victim or not, he's guilty as well! It's a separate investigation though, Chris is focusing on Greg but no doubt there is a separate investigation on Kai, it's just not going to be as heavily commentated on. Just be patient, these things take time.
Definitely a victim turned predator. If you still feel bad for what he is now you're wrong. The only way to do right by the innocent girl Kai used to be is to put away this thing she's turned into.
They are focused on the main source, which is Onion. Kai is a result from that source, but chances are when the source is gone, then Kai his current identity is also gone and it’s much easier to take action then. Kai is currently being protected by Onion and how he’s capable of dodging arrest. Kai won’t be able to when Onion is gone.

Oh ye. A boy threatened to rape me. I was gonna just be quiet about it but my mom convinced/pressured me to talk to the police. The police were very understanding and told me "if he touches you again in a way you don't want or makes you uncomfortable call us back. He is now on record." The fact that they had him on record was enough to make me feel safer where my school did nothing for me. I'm glad I didn't stay quiet then cause it taught me how to handle things like this now.

You can be charged with a separate crime that comes to light while a different crime is being investigated, and you can be re-charged for crimes related to HOW you were acquitted (perjury, destruction of evidence etc) but you cannot be charged twice for the same crime in the same court if the case is resolved. The investigator here is 100% correct. They only get one shot at filing the correct charges and gathering the right evidence. If they botch it the case is over. With some very VERY specific exceptions that aren't likely to be met here. Generally it requires the discovery of either fraud or evidence that could not have been found in the original investigation (things like new forensic discoveries or new HUGELY substantial hard evidence).

Ive had a doctor tell me babies and toddlers bones are more durable than a older child/adult because of the rapid growth they go through, their bones are more durable(im sure thats not the right word, im almost positive the word the doctor used was more pliable lol but that sounds weird to say too.) When I was 4 I hit my head really hard and still suffer from those consequences. It wasn’t nearly as bad as the injuries this kid got, though. Poor thing. I fear for lots of therapy and I pray very little medical issues.

I feel like if they get good lawyers they may get off on some counseling and classes.
