It was short and to the point, full of useful and relevant information delivered in a natural and fun manner as always....I especially liked the 10 things to do before selling your house...#1 Contact you and you will then take care of the other nine 😆🤣...I am not sure whether you pre-script what you say in your vlogs or whether you just freestyle it, but either way you come across very professional, prepared and natural in front of the camera and what also captivates the viewer is that you genuinely seem to be passionate about you are doing and the fun and your sense of enjoyment really comes across through the screen and this also then infects the viewer. (But in a good way, not like Covid😱🤣)....and after having the pleasure of actually meeting you I know that is is genuinely the real you and not just a fake CZcams personality.
I also liked the way even within this short vlog that you went from one beautiful iconic location to another whilst sharing your information to keep the view engaged
Finally I like the way you ended the vlog to show the viewer how they can be enjoying the extra spare time they will have, travelling & having fun, if they are smart enough to hire you to assist them in buying, selling, renting out or managing their property. This really paints a very enticing and persuasive picture for the viewer about the benefits to hiring a Specialist like yourself, who is professional, reliable, honest, passionate, well-connected and knowledge about the market/industry.
