It’s not a “full” factory warranty. Powertrain warranty goes from 5 years 60k miles to a limited power train warranty of 3 years 36k miles and only covers up to $7500 towards engine replacement
Mine blew up in 2 weeks and they fully replaced the engine with a new one

That’s why I like these so much. I couldn’t figure it out. First truck was a 1980 SWB 4x4.
We need to not get comfortable with 40k+ XL / XLT trucks. We need to remember in 2021 you could get the same truck for 34k with tax in CALIFORNIA the most ripoff state in the country. I don’t care if it’s fast, money doesn’t fall off trees.
XLT were in the 50+ before Covid like all trucks were. That was MSRP, just like today's MSRPs are insane, it doesn't mean anyone was paying the absurd prices. Therefore, people only need to stop paying MSRP again.

The bad news is $34,500 in 2021 is worth the same as $40,000 today. As much as I want to cry price gouging, it's genuinely mostly inflation.

Tindol Performance does have the 2024 STORM F-150 "Sleeper" in stock. As soon as the ROUSH or Ford Performance-Whipple superchargers are available with warranty are in stock. Looks like late July early August will have EPA Certified approval superchargers available. V-8 STORMS are NOW Available.

You can not get a 24 in XLT trim as you stated @ 2:00 XL only. 2023 was the end of the XLT trim RCSB.

I love those and would always leave to see a “full build” on one. There a lot of channels that have one, but don’t show the process of lowering it, which lowering kit makes it handle better, what sway bars, upgraded brakes. And the real questions, how far can you push it before you need a build motor, built transmission, build front/rear diffs, and built transfer case for the 4wd launches.

I’ve had a 2014 F-150 Tremor 4x4. 3” lift, 35” on Raptor wheels. I truly regret selling it.

I remember 2005. You could get a Dodge Ram hemi short box ST ( basic trim ) for 15,950 in california. Was a sale type newspaper ad and where the local dealer wanted 22,000 for the same truck
They could create their own Raptor single cab!! Less weight too!
I suggest they build an internal cab cage for possible rollovers.
If your doing a lowering kit i highly recommend getting a 3/5 VAS Specialties Suspension Drop. Nothing compares to it. Curious what you do to it. Had to sub.

@@bradzimmerman3171 do a Google image search on these key words - "supercharged Ford f150 single cab" and take a look at the image results. Color matched grill and bumper makes it look way more refined and not as a cheap factory truck.

Broskis, my trips to Menards are already expensive enough without adding speeding tickets to the mix! lol. But seriously, does that $11k for Whipple through Apple Valley Ford include labor? I checked out the Whipple parts package on Ford’s website, and it was just under $10k, if I remember correctly. I’ve heard it takes about 15 hours labor at the dealer but have no idea if that’s true or not.

It does not have the supercharger installed on it yet, however we have built many of these over the years. The exhaust sounds exactly the same but there’s a little whine from the blower under the hood :)

That truck would be 80,000 in Canada. . Also just checked, that supercharger does not seem to be available in Canada. The pretty much basic truck is over 70k here.

It will beat itself to death in under 100,000 mi. I have a Ram-50 with a 360, the only brand new vehicle I ever bought. I bought it in 1986, it has 375,000 original miles. I changed 2 timing chains and had the valves done once. It's had quarterly tire rotations and oil changes, all the usual stuff. It uses a half a quart of oil a month. It's undercoated every fall and runs great, it cost $12,900 new, what a truck!
That's $33,700 in today's money, but the pride of having a running dodge is priceless

They are exactly the same! Only difference is the silver is 4x4 and the white one is 2WD. The white one is also Lowerd of course

@@PerformanceOnWheels I actually called Whipple like a lunatic and asked them when it would be ready,. Last week, they said two weeks, but the guy at the dealership who does all the ordering said that's what they tell everyone.
@angelokings The aftermarket guys at my work that help build these trucks have been calling them daily. I would guess the next month or 2.. I believe they are just waiting on smog compliance or something with California

I like the steel wheels. There is nothing lame about plain Jane. I would have the engine supercharged and leave it on steel wheels and a stock suspension with a heavier duty sway bar. Stock height. Just better tires. It’s not a sleeper, unless it looks plain Jane.
I think we "still" could be complaining about Ford when their new vehicles have over half a dozen recalls in the first year and they are STILL having the same problems half a decade after they were first noticed (PTU's, water pumps, transmissions dying, front steering lock-ups at speed, etc...).
You can tow it with my new F-450 HO. Just let me know. teehee

@@stevezx900Incorrect. It is not. Fors and GM colaborated on the new A10 but they are VERY different. I partook in some of the process. The A10 in the ZL is a in house, specially beefed up unit while the A10 in Camaro is a 10L90 whereas the Mustang and F150 has a 10R80. The Camaro V8/V6 A10 is much more efficent and refined, and pulled from the large SUV parts bin. The AFM/DOD in these ia the weak link and cant be just tuned out, you have to replace half the engine with normal components and new crank, regular cam, etc. Then theres the weak oil pump gears and drive shaft, etc. The F150 V8 is alao the only Ford V8 with full Flex Fuel usability. Its not tbe exact same engine thats in the Mustang 5.0. Also for 2024, the Mustang 5.0 now has AFM/DOD. So avoid these new 2024+ V8 Mustangs and F150 V8 from 2021+.

58 is with the lowering,wheels and borla as well. 47k is whipple and nothing else.

Just fyi if you're buying a sleeper truck with the blower installed say good bye to the cats or to the engine you're choice. Just telling you from experience they will melt and cause major engine failure getting ford to cover it was a 5 month process. Plus another 6 months to get the engine in due to them being on national backorder.
Were you running the Stock whipple/roush tune or a custom tune?
@dougn6465 it was whipple/ ford performance tune. I have since got lund tune and just went with a free flowing exhaust.

Definitely not under 50k, the truck itself is 42k for 4x2 and 4x4 is 45k plus the Whipple which is 8-10k plus 2k more for labor that not including taxes and fees.

I wish they'd quit referring to these as 705/750/775 hp packages. It's flat out untrue. Even if you wanted to quote crank power. They're putting down 540-550 to the tire with Whipple's tune. Thats low to mid 600's at best. This is no shade at this channel. It comes from Whipple.
Yeah maybe crank HP but this is very capable of 700 once you are no longer in need of the warranty.
