Looks like one of the best places to live in Orlando. I am not from here, but always want to move here one day. If you could provide the 10 most desirable places to live in the Orlando area, it would be very helpful. Seems like Florida is the best State to live in during the pandemic.

We are enjoying it here. I grew up in Southern California and spent most of my youth in Newport Beach. Later on I moved to Hawaii, bought and sold real estate and built a house. There are lots of challenges in Hawaii -- and California. We've lived in the Orlando area almost 10-years now, and I like it more than my wife. She prefers Hawaii. I tell you all this because it's not so easy to tell you the best 10 best places of anything. It's really up to you and what you can afford. Generally speaking, the more money you are willing to spend, the better it is. Yes, Winter Park is nice. Some of it, anyway. My favorite area overall is Winter Garden. Windermere is considered the wealthiest area. Some of downtown Orlando is nice, then there is College Park, just north of downtown. I like that too. Did that help at all?

@@OrlandoStreets Thanks so much for the information you provided. Sounds like it was a good decision to move out of Cali, lol. I don't mind visiting, but to live there is a different story. Hawaii sounds good too, never been there. I heard it's very expensive. Orlando seems to be the best choice out of the 3 on the list. Take care

The area looks like the location of the Winter Park Mall. The only hints that it was here is the Pier One. The AT&T dealership looks like the old Italian Restaurant and jazz bar, Buddy Rich performed there a few times, I think it was D'Angelo's or something like that. They did the same thing to a huge 2 level mall here in Houston a few years ago, tore it all down and turned it into a big open air plaza. When you go there in the summertime, you can either shop or fry !!

Correct. This used to be Winter Park Mall and changed in 1999 to Winter Park Village. mall-hall-of-fame.blogspot.com/2010/01/winter-park-mall-north-orlando-avenue.html

Apart from Publix, it doesn't seem too crowded.
