    You are certainly a master teacher, and I learned a lot from this, but I sure wish you had worn shorts so that I could see what your knees were doing. Sometimes you remind us of having them 80 to 90% bent. I realized mine were straight and corrected, but had I been able to see your knees the correct stance might have been easier to obtain. Anyway, thank you something refreshing and useful.

    Thank you, Sifu! In some way is there rising and falling at the same time? Sinking like hanging a chain (sinking and suspension). Rising, like stacking coins (rooted and rising). And also, at the same time filling and release, like a balloon. As the air goes inward there is an outward expansion and as air goes out an inward release. all of these together in harmony so that , externally there is little or no movement. Thank you as well for your other teachings on you tube.

    Well, I like it , and let me call your attention to Soke Yoshimi´s presentation in Italy, one is about moving the body weight is always recommended to be preceeded by sinking or raising the torso. Best regards, Paul,67

    Thank you for the video! Just one question, you say that sometimes you break taiji rules as it's song gong. The transfer of weight, upwards and downwards instead of side to side, is that taiji or song gong? (around 6:40)

    It seem like your are not in zhan zhuang stance (in the intermediate middle position) but a bit upper, is it correct?

    Is "kwa" the cantonese pronunciation of hip joint since I've heard "gwa" from the mandarin speakers?

      It could be dialect. Most of my Taiji teachers were Chinese who spoke Mandarin. They pronounced it as kwa, meaning bridge. So you have them under your armpits too.
