What does dodging promos do? Higher LP gain? I feel like I'm kinda stuck on gaining 14-17 lp max this season , even when i was winning 15 games in a row I still got like 17-18 max .

If it works tho
If you win 2 promo games and dodge the next 3 you will not promote but your elo (which means LP gains) will act as if you didn't lose the 3 games (cause in theory you didn't lose, just dodged) so if you do it multiple times in a row you will be inflated as fuck and gain some insane amounts of lp. At least until they patch it out

Rat was getting to over 1k true damage from passive towards the end of the game. MR slightly lowering the E damage doesn't mean anything when someone like Aphelios straight up dies from 40% health to the DoT.
Edit: from the frame of the stats screen shown he did 21k magic damage and 16k true damage with him griefing and not going Riftmaker for most of the game.

it's bc twitch r gives ad and attack range, but the duration and range never increases with level and he's ap so ad doesn't matter to him.
