Like several other commenters I bought this when it came out (I was a university sophomore). Parts of this trilogy, especially beginning around 10:51, still send chills up & down my spine. Strange that Peter Baumann never did another piece like this one again, at least not that I know of.
Many Thanks for uploading this. I believe it includes the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra ; Conductor H. Baumann (his dad?). My mum loved anything Classical but couldn't sit through this.

I own the album as a 12" vinyl LP. My working copy is in better quality than yours and I have an unplayed, still sealed copy. I have followed the music of Tangerine Dream and Peter Baumann from the beginning in the late Sixties. The electronic elements they used were very new back them and influenced an entire genre. I love this trilogy. I just played it on my turntable and my vintage stereo -- with good volume, I should add. This trilogy is so deeply moving. To me it represents the passing journey of a spirit from one side of a beautiful meadow via a delicate glass bridge to a new and different meadow. Like the spirit of my dog, who has crossed that glass bridge yesterday.
Thank you for your kind words on the passing of my Sunny. He was very special to me. I find solace in knowing he is happily playing in the Meadow of Infinity.
Pure genius. Masterpiece is too little to say.

Sad to read that, even if it happened two years ago. May your dog rest in peace.
