Wow, awsome video! I'm a PT and a runner, you explained this perfectly. I used to wear Asics, which have different levels of "support" for those who over-pronate. I've been running since I was a teen, so at first I was very flatfooted, but eventually got outta that. I wore the perfect Asics for that time, then I switched to Nike Free, where I wanted to strengthen my leg muscles with little support of the shoe. I now run with Adidas Ultra Boost. 👟🏃♂😎 P.S. Just my preference, I want a supportive shoe when working out, especially when doing anything standing. 💪
The Adidas Ultra Boost is a very popular shoe! From what I hear, it's main issue is that it has durability problems. I use the Reebok Nano X4 to workout
