I am from Dehradun and eating momo since I was a kid. I am 38 now. Tried Dolma Aunty momo when I first came to Delhi back in 2006, didnt like it and never tried it again since. Dolma Aunty momo are overrated.
If you want authentic momo try any of the several North Eastern/Nepali restaurants in Humayunpur,Safderjung. Momo from Sikkim stall in Delhi Haat are also great, and I haven't been there in long, but Kamla Nagar also used to have several Tibetan/Nepali restaurants which serve excellent momo.
