I've been suicidal my whole life.
Such a hard, hard, painful, difficult,
    abusive, traumatic life, so far...
At the beginning of this year,
    to top everything off...
    The man whom I revered
    as my best friend,
    abandoned and betrayed me.
    He replaced me.
    NOW, I AM UNDERSTANDING/REMEMBERING:
    It's all a game.
We are here to explore, to have adventures,
to unlearn and to learn and to relearn...
I keep getting the message: "it's not that serious"!
    The universe, the multiverse,
    she now sings inside me...
    Like I'm a sacred cathedral!✨💛

Giving the same energy that you're getting
    is key
and if you don't like that energy
    then move on.
    It can be hard
but that's when you need to choose yourself
    (over the damn illusion/fantasy!)
A man who loves a woman will not ignore her, ever, period.
    So...
    If he ignores me
    I will step back
    and he will lose me.
    Simple. Simple.
    Non-dramatic
    and uncomplicated.
    I don’t, under any circumstance:
    play these childish-abusive-controlling
    mind games.
I will only be with a man who values and appreciates me,
and treats me as the Queen, I AM.
(Daughter of the Most Hight; King of kings!)
Because I am a beautiful and kind and divine
and sexy and wise and intelligent and magical woman:
    who knows my worth.
    Period.

    Why do we seek?
Is there any reason to seek a better future
if we're fully comfortable and content
with the way our body feels now?
    When thoughts slow down,
you may notice that there is discomfort in the body,
which may show up in a myriad of ways:
pain, anxiety, anger, or any other sensation or emotion.
This is part of the reason that we get addicted to thought-
because it’s an immediately available way
to avoid or try to fix the way our bodies feel.
We won't be able to rest in presence for very long
if we keep ignoring or avoiding discomfort.
Rather, we'll continue to follow thoughts about past and future.
    We'll keep trying to escape.
So, how do we bring direct attention to the energies of our body?
The first step is to acknowledge that you are feeling something.
We tend to acknowledge emotions and sensations first through the mind...
We might think, "I’m angry," or "I’m afraid of what might happen,"
or we may simply notice that something is bothering us...
But we can't feel emotions or sensations through thinking.
These thoughts are narratives or labels for how we feel.
They are not the actual energies themselves.
For example, if you have the thought "I have a stomach-ache,"
that thought is a label for something that is actually happening in your body...
In order to actually feel or experience the stomach-ache directly,
you would have to bring attention down into the stomach area
    and feel it.
The same is true for all emotions and sensations.
Once you acknowledge that you feel something
or have been triggered by someone or some event,
bring attention very gently to the body
where you feel the actual sensation...
With your attention there, feel into the sensation...
And notice the peripheral space around it at the same time.
Let the sensation just hang there in that open space,
without trying to change, neutralize, or get rid of it.
It is common to want to change, neutralize, or get rid of bodily energies.
Just notice any tendency to want to do these things.
    This is resistance at work,
and trying to stop that resistance from happening -
    is simply adding more resistance.
Bear in mind that we give power to words, pictures, and bodily energies
by turning awareness away from them...
And we diminish their power by turning toward them
and remaining aware of them until they fade naturally.
That one simple understanding, if turned into a daily practice,
    is COMPLETELY transformative.

Interesting. I'm assuming your language is Malayalam. The word for mother in Sayontu is nanha where "nh" is pronounced like ണ in Malayalam.

If we fight against the darkness, we are swallowed by it.
If we react to the lack of visible progress with despair,
we extinguish our own inner light
and block the aid of the Higher Power.
Step aside, yield, let go, allow people and events to pass without attachment.
To have patience with oneself is to have self-love.
Progress may be slow, but there will indeed be progress.
    Growth takes time.

I find it fascinating when people get drawn into someone else's narrative without a capacity to understand how reasonably arbitrary some of the references are in terms of pragmatic value if one is on a path of real inner work. We all have capacities and archetypal magic within if we're sufficiently paying attention. Many don't talk about mythos-type details in public because they often have no motivation to sell their persona to a mass audience. Charisma might separate those who magnify the meaning and expression of these capacities such that the mythos becomes exemplified. In any case, virtue in this context must result from becoming a mirror, not a sheppard, which is far more challenging in a world that struggles to look within.

The mirrored reflection has been corrupted through the system of a skewed educational process leading to languages we don't truly comprehend, allowing reversed intentions to be reflected. Forgive them for they know not the spells they cast. A long and slow process.
