- Welcome to "Open House." Today, I'm coming to you from this brand new light-filled apartment in midtown Manhattan. With floor-to-ceiling windows and breathtaking views of Bryant Park and beyond, this is a home that surprises at every turn. There's even Juliet balconies that literally open up the room to the city. There's an easy flow to the place, as seen in this generous living room. Herringbone wood floors add an elegant touch and custom millwork hides storage and appliances, which keeps things feeling sleek and seamless.
The main bedroom suite is filled with luxurious touches and features truly cinematic views. It's one of two bedrooms in this over 1,800-square-foot abode.

I liked the house in Montecito the most, but that's just my love for mid-century modern plus that area is to die for! I will say, though, that my mouse finger gets a real workout having to continually click to "pause" all the time because the editing on these shows is so out of control!!!

of rebooting this yesteryearsTV Show!!. During 1950s-1970s, Los Angeles TV
station, every Saturday and Sunday morning at 8 a.m.-10 am. would, broadcast
model home tours ( Orange County-Los Angeles) for the weekend buyers. It lasted
for a couple of decades. Either Chan 4, 5 or 7.....Afterwards buyers watching
this, were able to go out into the homes in order to view/ purchase, remember
this from my childhood yrs. Channel 5 news and Huel Hauser have both filmed

$5 million plus for a two bedroom two bath house? New York is way overpriced
Cross off that first interior designer who puts TV above fireplace - impractical and wrong aesthetically. Second one in Studio City is a bit over the top and that bookcase with diamond-shaped slots for books is a no-no (form over function) and the tiny pool is only fit for kids to splash about. The penthouse in LA is bland but nicely laid out - one can customize to fit individual taste - but please stop saying "energizing" windows (wtf)! The mid-century modern house in Montecito is very lovely with a proper size pool.
