      Are u sure? Lawyers employ a strategy of suing and seeking a settlement from whomever can be sued to avoid bad publicity or expensive litigation. It’s been done.

    @iamdev42 Před 2 lety +32

    The attorney is correct that it is a preventable issue; when signals are activated, *do not* ignore them. And at no time should you walk on or next to the tracks.

    These Ambulance Chasing Attorneys are the problem. Blaming the train for their deaths. The attorneys use L the grieving families to try to get paid. Filling their heads with the notion that the “railroad” could’ve prevented the deaths. I truly pray for these families and the deceased… but humans can move in the way and out the way easier…that train doesn’t turn or swerve out the way. Truly bad decisions are the result of train deaths and you can put up a 5 foot iron wall as crossing barriers… humans will still disregard it trying to beat the train or commit suicide.

  • @barrydheil
    @barrydheil Před rokem +2

    No excuses. Railroad education has been prominent in North America since the 1950's, telling people exactly what to do when a train is coming, how dangerous trains are, what to do if you are stuck in front of tracks, and explaining it takes a hunk of steel travelling 60 mph over a mile to stop. The train can't swerve or stop on a dime. MOVE THE HELL OUT OF THE WAY! A car can be replaced, your life cannot.

The laws are there to protect, not for a game of chance. What did you think should have happened. “Stop the train I want to get home for tea.’’???

    Brightlines company had to see the Land plots on where the tracks would run to and from and the city had to approve it. both the city and bright line should be held responsible. and if florida cared about it’s community we wouldn’t rank so low on Mental health. this is the city and brightlines fault completely
