Nobody gives a fuck if you won or lost its you thinking what everyone else thinks about you if you won or lost.. forget everyone else and concentrate on you because I can tell you this now I bet you're performance on that night was dictated by the way you was thinking yea the way you was thinking about how everyone else would see you if you lost and that had a hold over your subconscious mind that inturn had an effect on your thought process on the night effectively making you forget everything you learned in training leading up to the fight basically in those sort of situations you need to learn how to calm your mind and concentrate on the task at hand... anyone can train and learn new fighting skills and techniques but you need to learn how to harness those skills on the day while under pressure

Man I feel for Joe. I can tell he's a pretty insecure, emotional guy who maybe doesn't always properly acknowledge his feelings, not just from this video but over the years even if you don't know someone you can get a vague idea of how a person thinks and feels through videos like this. Especially if you relate and see parts of yourself in someone else. Stuff like the fight and just being a youtuber, pressures of social media and all that, I really hope he has people he can talk to and truly be himself around and open up to because bottling up shit is literally the most dangerous, toxic thing you can do to your mental health and being a public figure on social media only feeds that fire.
Stay strong Joe, but don't be afraid to open up and acknowledge how you feel. Please try and remember that a lot of people know you and love you for what exactly you are.
