Ok I need a bit of clarification. What is the main difference between Queen and the King. I know it is receptive vs. Active energy but what does that truly mean? I view the Queens more as advisors and King more as active masters of their domains. Is that a good way of discerning them? So while a queen may be all about advice about the topic the King helps you put the advice in to action? Help me out?

It depends on whether you have the ability to interact with your querant or not. If you can, just ask him what resonates. If you can't, you have 2 options - go with your intuition, or frame it as "this card has many different meanings, [here they are], so depending on your situation it may mean X, Y, or Z." Hope that helps!

i don't have any page cards i have Knaves instead, do they have the same meaning?
Yes, some decks name them differently. Knave = Page.
Only thing is, your King meanings were quite a bit different than how it was on the diagram.
