thats kevin neals ride..he has a damn good understanding how to use n2o,he was the x275 record holder before this race with a 4.78,been a 4.72 in 28.10.5 vs 275 an went a 4.74 the qf rd before..An saying it was used at launch any n2o car of that caliber uses it on launch with a progressive unit..

Wheelie bars are banned in that class. The x275 is pretty famous for wheel standing foxbodies

replace the glass and call it 2 faced or phantom of the track! the entire pass side looks MINT! Seriously though, i hope it can be saved and very lucky it didn't roll or burn. wasn't much the driver could do differently in that case. GL with it!

@MrPacopakito First off, *nitrous... and I bet these guys take safety as a big concern, but spraying off the line can dramatically increase 60' times and overall E/T and trap speed. Drag racing in general is just unsafe, might as well go all out.

TxInfinity wheelie bars are meant to level the car out when the rear end squats and the weights transfers with the rear, keeps the car straight, only used on cars with slicks. in this instant, its most likely the bars would have broke, infact its almost a 100% chance the bars would have broke. happens almost every time when a radial tire car does a wheel stand. theres a reason why even the fastest drag radial cars dont use wheelie bars. theres also a reason why those guys are pros and your just the average joe.
