@rishad, I've read your book, A hot tea across India, a few years ago and couldn't stop myself from revisiting it a month or so ago. Every interesting place or resturant you've mentioned in the book is now in my notes on places I need to visit. The way you explained about the food at Adhoos made my mouth water. I've just started reading your other book too. Coincidentally, I found your CZcams channel just this evening and couldn't resist watching the videos, and man my mouth's watering again. You make people fall in love for the place and the food you speak about. Everything mentioned here is going into my notes right away. Can't wait to watch the other videos here and await future ones.
