This is beautiful and it works. I had a serious developing problem with my right eye, and listening to this video is helping it to heal. I also noticed that the problems with my vocal chords are clearing up and my singing is returning to its former ability which has not been the case for several years. I've also had polyps in my nose heal completely after having been there for many months without anything being able to heal them. Thank you Dr. Chopra. I appreciate your generosity. The adds are very bad as they break the concentration, but I guess it is free so I am grateful for that. Love and light to all, xx

Thank you for sharing hay house. Love this, Deepak Chopra, and the music is stunning. For ads: I scroll over the ads first before starting the meditation and I only had one add interruption. Sometimes this will stop the interruptions during the video. Or I also read a suggestion to listen to ads first if that is possible (not sure if it is though!). Thank you again so much!

Please remind CZcams not to run ads in the middle of a meditation, it's so distracting. They don't during other meditation videos.

“I am the demons.” Sorry but I can’t meditate on that statement.
I think the meaning is that whatever each of us calls universe, or Creator, or God, that is ALL, and that as we learn to trust and accept ourselves, we realize that we are ALL, good, accepted and sometimes needing change, or healing as at times when we experience demons.........of depression, hate, division of any kind.......I think we can think about things, but true meditation is when we can NOT think, and just BE, as part of ALL. Namaste.
Love this, but the interruption of the meditation by ads with people yelling is jarring to say the least.
Is this considered idolatry in the Abrahamic religions?

As a Native American, with relatives of all religions, and backgrounds, I have thought of these religious based questions....I think it is only idolatry if we make anything, including religions, or the books of a religion, more important than our Creator, a concept Native Americans from birth are taught is so great it is not within any of us to understand, so enjoy our dance, no matter what, for our tiny breath of life in this universe, and honor that entity as each of us sees that entity, and give honor by service and love, and Native Americans believe by taking care of nature itself and all animals, water, air, even dirt to present it to the next seven generations in better condition than we received this amazing gift...and teach those next seven generations to do the same. And, as my two sons went through Hebrew school to Bar Mitzvah, because their Godfather asked them to, I do not find that meditation in any way is idol worship. or spirituality, or psychic whatever, it just opens each of us to the greatness of the universe and to enjoy and serve as our short dance progresses. Namaste.
