Home Gardener here in DE zone 7. During covid I went crazy and built a backyard garden. I grew during 2021, my first year here, and for 2022 all my tomatoes, peppers and eggplants are from Johnnys. I'm looking forward to another great growing season.
For the organic community garden last year, Almost more then 60% seeds used were from Johnny. (OG and OP category). Very impressed with the commitment and quality both.

The Fall Mix was such a wonderful addition to my garden. Last year I threw my clay soil away until the garbage men refused it. I sheet mulched with cardboard, then I found Johnny's . It is spring and I now have holes in my clay soil for worms and water. They made houses there!:) I just planted the Spring Mix today along the fence and I can't wait for the field peas to emerge! I still have hairy vetch, crimson clover, and rye growing which is a carry over from the Fall Mix. My garden is so lush and green!

T__T beautiful. I'm so glad there are people like this in the world! I wonder if y'all have some kind of program where you prompt people to donate to a fund and you give away seeds to schools, prisons, community gardens, poverty/war stricken areas, etc.

My Wishlist was deleted by Johnny's Seeds. After pouring over the online catalogue over several days and making a Wishlist, I returned to discover everything was deleted. I am a home gardener, perhaps not a big enough customer to interest Johnny's Seeds. I was directed to phone in any questions or concerns I had. However, service is only available during business hours M-F. Guess where I am during business hours M-F? Right. I'm at work. Frustrating to be sure.

How can we choose seeds that grow in Hawai’i?
Unfortunately, we do not sort seeds by growing region, but most seeds will perform well if given the correct growing conditions! We highly recommend checking with your local cooperative extension office in Hawai'i!
