Hi kev. Just got back from a week's stay in salou,we stayed at the golden port salou ,hotel was great and staff really friendly. It's the first time in salou and probably the last. We really struggled at night time to find good entertainment bars and what we did find were very spaced out. Lots of walking in between. Also found the resort at night time in places felt really uneasy,lots of groups of men hanging around on street corners. Also the mosquitoes, I never get bitten on holiday but I've come home with at least twenty bites. I guess the mosquitoes will miss me now I've gone. Prices were expensive for drinks and eating out as well. Overall not our cup of tea.👍
Another great video . Salou has definitely grown on me , I'm enjoying the videos so much I booked salou for a week in August. The Barcelona videos are great too
Off to Salou in a couple of weeks with the bairn who's 1. Stopping at Villa Dorada. Too hilly for a pram ? But at least the cheapest pint is just over the road. 🤑
Just watched a few of your other vlogs. Good to know some of the info as first time in Salou. Great flights from Newcastle aswell n close.to the airport
Brian, there's lots of hotels not in the hilly area to choose from. Just check with any hotel before you book it or go online to the vivitsalou tourist office. Cheers DougT
@@BRIAN-mr5ueif you look at his previous video, at the beginning there are several hotels off to the left which are on the flat, along the av principal Andorra, stayed in the Delfin adult only.

Stayed in inter2 when d kids were younger had a great time. Its really good value 2 for families to stay there 👍👍👍
Murphys bar is brilliant for football and music his brother owns Guinness tavern.
That is great hotel I stayed there last year for 1 week I really enjoyed it

Spain has had amazing weather for 3 months. I was in Gran Canaria mid May and the weather was crap! Wish I'd gone to Benidorm after watching your vids

Never stayed there but I've got family who use that hotel regularly and look forward to going back each year.

Victoria pub, one street up then along to the right, good prices, karaoke , bingo and live music around 11, worth a visit kevin 👍
