I think instead of leaving gaps of 2-3 days in-between you should have a buffer so even if you can't have time to create you can upload videos on daily basis or is it because you want more people to know about course or something like that?

Why not? Currently fastest bundler, rather easy to use as well
it is faster, creating react project with npx command will take a lot of time.
