She was a human but that black goo thing turned into a monster weird and what's anomaly means is she's something from a different dimension that could explain why she has the has the ability to use electric Magic normal humans can't use Magic maybe she's from a different game...

Well that's utterly horrifying. And intriguing. I was pretty shocked to see that's what Gaster has become. Interesting how interacting with Sans (and most likely his magic) caused a reaction that seemed to make Gaster loose control over his form and spit out the human. Or what's left of them. Also wondering if the reason Gaster was screaming when he oozed out of the Ruins is because he was separated from the Void and started to lose himself.

@@thex-event5922 It's definitely Gaster. You can see it in the appearance on its face. The lines and the eyes. The white hole in its left hand, and just before it attacks Static you can see a monster SOUL on its lower body. Plus the form it takes when it oozes out of the Ruins.
The comic's description says "we should never have left the CORE alone." It also includes a very...messed up Sans on the cover. Best guess is in this timeline the CORE somehow connects to the Void and vice versa. Perhaps the Void has started to leak out of the CORE and begin corrupting the Underground, and by extension the monsters. It gives me serious AxeTale vibes.
