Zack, I'm an EMT ready to test out for my AEMT certification. Your case studies have been a tremendous help to me. Our instructor has been talking differentials from day one. As people are always saying to me, I say to you - "Thank you for what you are doing!".
Suggestion- It would be outstanding to listen to real lung/heart sound recordings presenting as in the case sudy. Perhaps use recordings that are faint, subtle, or in a grey area with tips on interpretation. The eko core stethoscope attachment and viewers with headphones could make that plausible, possibly land you guys a sponsor? 🤷♂️
Either way great lecture as always.
I'd love to hear more about your experience working as a neuro ICU PA! Like how you choose the specialty, what a day is like, and what procedure you do?
Another brilliant case study. Thank you so much. Your a great inspiration to all medical students…

Hey Zach just wanted to say that you don’t IV crack cocaine, as freebase cocaine isn’t water soluble so it would need to be in a salt form (cocaine hcl or citrate) to be injected.

Tb?
Tuberculosis
I just realized american case study are not exactly relatable.-.
In my hospital we can't just slap in USG, CT, Echo in a row. I mean, we could, but most people can't afford it so we rarely put a CT on suspected pulmonary infection.
We just start on the best possible treatment with available data and evaluate
I've been watching (and enjoying) your videos. I would like your assistance if possible, to evaluate why my mother passed away. I am busy collating medical records from the various doctors she visited who could not find a diagnosis despite suffering for over 2+ years with the SAME symptoms! Please, I need your help. I just can't trust these doctors and I am begging you to take a look and maybe give your opinion. You will not be named in any documentation moving forward. Thanks!
