  • 3 out of 4 restaurants close in their first year of operation.
Many people confuse the cost of opening and the cost of staying open.
A view of the restaurant business from the inside.
I have built and owned 10 restaurants.
Sharing knowledge with people who are interested in this business.

I think its just not good overall because of many reasons. Investors are not really trying to help your business they just trying to get a come up and possibly take over your business

It’s like having a roommate or when things go bad it’s like a divorce. All good at first but…

Two people who aren't experienced is just two people clashing while they learn new kings. It's not always bad. But it's bad more often than it's good.
But if one person had a background in electrical and infrastructure , and the other has a background in restaurants..... That might be a great team. One maintain the physical building, and the other has energy to focus on the food and customers .
Restaurants constantly need oil traps cleaned...... Toilets snaked, electrical maintained or changed.
