lol you are most welcome! Just make sure that when you begin to have oil consumption problems and some ticking noises, have your oil reset intervals on file with you for the warranty claim! Hahahaha
Awesome instructional. Thank you for making this. Am not the most digital kinda Guy. But I like to do my own oil changes, just not too keen on the bells and whistle Gizmo part. Thanks again!!!
You are very welcome! Honestly I think Oil Life monitors and Tire Pressure monitors are the absolute worst. Instead of helping people they make people panic worse. I 100% agree with you!
You can turn the key to on without starting and slowly firmly press the gas pedal 3 times to the floor within 10 seconds amd it will reset it too but won't reset the engine light
Does NOT work on my 2018 Silverado 4X4 because it doesn't have the info buttons on the steering wheel. What DOES work is pressing the gas pedal 3 times in 5 seconds, then turning off the key switch. Even easier!
Crome 44 It absolutely will let you reset it regardless ofhaving theoil changed or not. However the sensors inside the engine will know that the oil is dirty so the percentage will drop rather fast versus with fresh oil. A good question!
This particular car that I showed in the video was a 2500HD Silverado with truck tires. So yes those were the normal factory recommended tire pressures lol
Thats about right for a 2500 with michelin defenders or any similar 10 plus ply radial. Note mpg and wear and adjust especially if hauling heavy loads.
Works on a 2019 2500 Duramax as well! A hell of a lot easier than changing the oil. Thanks!
😂😂😂
😂😂💀
Stonks lmao

Thank you man, you saved my dad’s life
Fast and to the point the way it should be idgaf about anything but answering the question without all the bullshit workes like a charm
It can also be done by turning the key to the on position without starting it. Then pump the gas pedal 3 times.
Thanks brah

Does NOT work on my 2018 Silverado 4X4 because it doesn't have the info buttons on the steering wheel. What DOES work is pressing the gas pedal 3 times in 5 seconds, then turning off the key switch. Even easier!
Thanks buddy
Or just turn the ignition on push the The gas pedal to the floor three times within five seconds and I’m actually resets it that’s another option
Why did you put that much air in the tires? Dealership, here, always put 37 psi.
Haha look at the RPM gauge. It's a Duramax diesel :]
Thanks 👍👍
You are most welcome Robert! :]
Got it thanks
if the oil is dirty or low and you do not add oil or change the oil would it still let you rest it ?
