Of course the character would be bad if u aren't using him properly. He deals additional 100% damage with his single target only when a specific grey debuff is placed on the enemy, it doesn't work with every random debuff. You need to use a combination of his two skills to deal damage. Just read a passive before using a character
Yeah I forgot you have to use TWO of his ST to get damage mb but that's still not worth in pvp(just tested it made him do 47k instead of 39k he's insane actually)@@Aleksandrchil
