The supplied wire is 0.9mm, the tips are 1.0mm (.035 in x .39in) so there is a bit of slop but it does use standard MIG tips so this is easily fixed.
Wire feed is a simple plastic clamp which is typical in this price range, but it does have the grooved feed wheel and the feed is very consistent and smooth.
