Great video. I'm glad that I didn't go with the duo fan now.but yet I'm wondering if the blades on the duo fan can be bent to where they blow more air.

I like the single fan with the big blades. It works great for me. A great demonstration.

I’ve been using mine (small fan) for a week or so now, and I’m amazed how well it really works. Thanks for the video Kevin, and if you hit 100,000 subscribers before your next video, congratulations, very well deserved. Be well my friend.

I've used these fans for years on my two big buddy heaters and I just put one side of the flat base under the top horizontal grille bar and it holds it good enough for me

Get one of those laser thermometer guns from HF and you can check the temp on the fans.

Don’t use paint grids, they are galvanized and way toxic when heated

LOVE that idea, I'm ALWAYS looking at stuff that is designed for one thing but that somehow I can use for something else LOL

That is something, I would have bet the dual fan would
    blow more air.

Yeah, Kevin the single fan has bigger blades, bigger blades, more volume, that double fan has tiny blades. I have a 10,000 btu blue flame in my garage, and I have been wanting one of these fans, and I was wondering which one moved more air, single or dual. I think I am gonna buy a large single, thanks for trial, have a great Holiday buddy.

Good out of the box comparison. Now i wonder if you were to build a shroud around one of the fans on the double or a divider between the blades ×|× ×)(× .something say ? 2.5" blade depth.
I think the doubles were fighting for air to circulate in that configuration.
To clarify I'm not a fanoligist nor did i stay @ a holiday Inn last night. 😂

Looks like the single fan has a bigger blade assembly, just check the specs on each fan system, each should give that info, would be interesting that the single would be rated for more air movement

Thank you for showing what works, sometimes looks can be deceiving.
The bigger Mr Buddy Heater puts out a lot more heat, the base of the small fan is plastic. I'm not sure I would use them on that heater.
The small fan link you provided also shows a dual one, but I don't remember how the base is. It brings the stand. But the dual one has a total of 6 blades, 3 for each fan, whereas the little one has 4 Blades. Check out the specs on the dual one from your link. Maybe because it brings the stand, it just might not melt. I hope.
You are almost at a 100k subscribers. Awesome!!!
