How did you placed two water bottles near front wheel? Will it affect the speed of vehicle? And what if one bottle is empty and other one is full. Will it affect weight balance?

Hi! My bike is having braze-ons at front forks which helped me to fix bottle cages.
2nd Q : Technically adding anything in-front of bike will increase the air resistance but bottle cages are small in sizes compared to front panniers so it doesn't make big change. Coming to what if one bottle empty Q : Like 2nd answer technically it will influence or affect the ride by dragging in one direction but 750ml/750g weight wont give much difference. Moreover I used front bottles as reserve storage bottles so it remind full at most times also while consuming I practiced to rotate the bottles.
