For greatest singer Kishore Da also, it took almost two decades before people recognized his talent and potential completely. Sholay also, when it started did not have good report. People initially rejected Kaka Rajesh Khanna ji . I am sure "apna time aayega" Bahut Jaldi. You please keep doing your job. My best wishes are always with you. Tarun ji, Highly impressed and very very delighted. a full length , detailed feature and biography on life of our great Kishore Da. starting from his first and ultimate love his birthplace Khandwa to his naughtly childhood, asking his father for money to sing. Charging more for Sehgal songs and 50% only for Dada Muni songs, His moving to Bombay city , Meeting SD Burman and Khemchand ji, Dev-Kishore friendship and singing his first song for Ziddi, his ongoing troubles with income taxam and then Governement, 5 Rupaiyah baarah aana and using that as a lyrics in Chalti ka naam Gaadi, 18 films produced by him, planning and execution of a flop film , which eventually became a hit, i.e. Luko-chori, meeting venice of Indian film industry Madhu ji, I believe his and Madhu ji chemistry was the best, does not matter they did only 4-5 films together including in-complete film, Suhana geet. 1969 gave him both biggest set back in terms of Madhu ji and biggest joy Aradhana and a new boost to his career. He was fortunate enough who saw at the age of 50 his son Amit getting filmfare award for best singer. Unfortunately his marriage with Yogita Bali did not succeed, but Leena ji filled that vaccum in his life. I agree with you that people could not understand him and addressed him as a mad man, but there were people in and out of film industry who understood him always stood beside him. Sunil And Nargis Dutt ji saw in him a great stage performer and there was no look back. His friendship with Mohd. Rafi Sahb is and will remain one of the greatest friendship in Bombay film industry and same was with his friendship with late Rajesh Khanna ji and Danny Dangzzopa. He passed at a tender age of 58. A great actor, writer, producer, director, music director, performer husband, father and above all a top class wonderful singer . Too bad, that so far Government of India has not given him any recognition or award. But the rewards and the love of millions he has received and will continue to receive for years to come will keep him alive in our hearts for generations and generation.

Can I say that only thing I missed was you did not mention much about his association and great bond he shared with SD Burman. from the time he came in Bombay till demise of Sachin Da during "Mili"
His sons Amit Kumar and Sumit kumar and his wife Leena ji are taking his legeacy further.

You are right when Burman died Kishore da was so upset and cry just like a baby. Likewise Many little and sweet facts we know but not revealed.
