Many tanks at your BR have a better shell,and your protection is not that great. Use your speed and your amazing reload as your main advantage. After the M1,i'd suggest you to research the M1A1 and then the HC, they're both very strong at their BR

There really isn't. Bullshit in WT is an equal opportunity employer. Having grinded the USA, Germany and Russia air and ground trees fully, there is none. The "bias" goes away once you start playing them and you all the sudden start to notice German and American tanks surviving or outright bouncing allot more shots

the 8.3-9.3 area isn't really too bad. But just know the reason USA at 11.7 has such a poor win rate is purely because of the players you will find. They have some of the best soft factors in tanks, good support vehicles, and an argument for the best CAS in the game (F-16C is better than Su-25SM3. I will die on this hill). Yet they will lose almost every damn game.

@@Optimusprime56241 I do not have the same experience with the MBT-70. But I will say the M60A3 IS very bad until you get mobility upgrades, M774, and LRF. Then it's a solid backup vehicle to the MBT-70
@@Registered_Simp mbt 70 is the same BR as the 2s25 and t72a while having one of the worst rounds in the entire game, worse reload speed, and the commander and gunner are right next to each other making a one shot kill incredibly easy. Not to mention the KPZ 70 is just straight up better at the same br
@@Optimusprime56241 I am aware of MBT-70's downsides. It is also one of the fastest things with tracks at that BR and the top mounted 20 has bailed me out of plenty of situations. I am rarely unable to kill something, even with the admittedly very bad APFSDS round. Yes, the KPz-70 is a flat upgrade, not just due to the -1.5 reload, but the additional lineup. Doesn't magically make MBT-70 bad. Just more situational.
If I'm in a downtier or at close to my own BR, I take MBT-70 for the cracked mobility. If I'm in an uptier, I take M60A3 for the optics and shell.
It's not exactly great, but I wouldn't consider it bad (Except the stock grind. God the stock grind sucks ass)
